Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for choosing OmniFound.store. We strive to get your curated finds to you as quickly and safely as possible.

1. Shipping Rates

  • Standard Delivery: R99.00 flat rate for all orders within South Africa.

  • Free Shipping: We are happy to offer FREE shipping on all orders over R850.00.

  • Express Delivery: Available for major hubs (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban) for a flat rate of R150.00.

2. Delivery Timelines

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Main Centers (JHB, CPT, DBN): 2–4 business days.

  • Regional/Outlying Areas: 5–7 business days.

  • Note: We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

3. Our Shipping Partners

We partner with South Africa's most reliable couriers to ensure your package arrives safely:

  • The Courier Guy

  • Aramex

  • Pargo (for Click & Collect options)

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time.

5. Delivery Address

Please ensure you provide a physical address where someone will be available to sign for the delivery between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. We currently do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact us immediately at support@omnifound.store. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue or send a replacement right away.
